10. Fight Power, Vanity and Greed
PIC Culture fights against the corrupting attitudes of power, vanity and greed. All of those attitudes come when we put ourselves first, above others. It is not possible to build true teamwork with a “me first” attitude, and we demand teamwork. The greatest success comes by working with (and not for) others, because by doing so, the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts. We promote cooperation and helpfulness, and fight the damaging effects of power, vanity and greed.
