3. Look In The Mirror
Always “look in the mirror” first when something goes wrong. We want people to examine their own behaviors and motivations, and what they could have done differently, rather than blaming others when something goes wrong. We expect all employees to honestly analyze themselves, assess their own actions, and learn from their mistakes.
