5. Care About People
All PIC employees should respect the feelings and opinions of others, and not talk about other employees behind their backs or negatively about our company. We want people who can compromise and sometimes let other people “win.” PIC employees are to be open-minded, respecting others ideas and contributions. It is our practice to offer help and support to each other at a personal level, and to show friendliness, kindness, forgiveness, compassion and generosity. We embrace those who let their feelings show. We want the Golden Rule to guide our behavior.
