7. Know Others; Know Yourself
Recognize in others what they do best, then count on it. Do the same for yourself. Do what “you are a natural at” and best at. Be content with who you are but always strive to improve. Accept others for who they are, and do not try to make them different or change them. Instead, work to make everyone’s (including your own) strengths productive and weaknesses irrelevant.
