Full-time employees and eligible consultants/contractors* may participate in our FULL MEDICAL benefits plan which includes: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability, life and AD&D benefits, and matching 401(k) plan.

PIC is proud to offer a LIMITED MEDICAL benefits plan to eligible craftsmen**.  The LIMITED MEDICAL plan includes physician’s office visits, hospitalization and prescription drug coverage.

* Consultants/Contractors working on projects expected to last two (2) months or longer are eligible for participation in PIC’s FULL MEDICAL  program. Some restrictions may apply within the benefits package. 

**Craftsmen working on projects expected to last two (2) months or longer are eligible for participation in PIC’s LIMITED MEDICAL benefit plan.
