PIC Makes Noise at POWER-GEN International 2008
ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 8, 2008) - PIC Group, Inc. celebrated its recent union with Marubeni Corporation by unveiling a new look at this year’s POWER-GEN International. The new exhibit featured vivid graphics, twin 10-foot logos, squeaking rubber ducks and an excited team. While PIC’s look may have changed, it will continue to offer the same “world-class” personnel, services, programs and solutions. With 20 years as a global power generation service provider, PIC’s superior knowledge and expertise will be reinforced by Marubeni’s strong portfolio, global reach and extensive financial resources.
“Marubeni and PIC share a philosophy and culture dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering the highest-quality products. We are very excited to be part of such a great company and we want everyone to hear about it,” said Brad Adams, business development manager at PIC Group, Inc.
But PIC wasn’t the only one making noise at this year’s event. This year also marked POWER-GEN’s 20th Anniversary. With 19,000 attendees over the course of the show’s three days, POWER-GEN demonstrated a nine percent growth from 2007.
“POWER-GEN’s record breaking attendance proves that the power generation industry is going strong,” said Adams. “PIC has been a proud participant of the event for the last 20 years and we are already gearing up for next year’s show. It’s exciting to see all the new companies in the market and we hope to see even more at next year’s POWER-GEN in Las Vegas.”
