PMEG Enters Agreement with Marubeni Caribbean Power Holdings, Inc.

ATLANTA (Feb. 15, 2008) - PIC-Marubeni Energy Group (PMEG) is pleased to announce an Agreement between PIC-Marubeni Energy Group, Inc and Marubeni Caribbean Power Holdings, Inc. to provide broad based technical support services for the Marubeni Caribbean fleet, which includes assets in Jamaica, Grand Bahama, Curacao, and Trinidad & Tobago. The affected power generation assets consist of a wide variety of technologies including conventional thermal boilers, aeroderivative and frame combustion turbines in simple and combined cycle, reciprocating engines, and hydroelectric facilities. Gross generating capacity of the fleet is in excess of 2000 MW.
