PMEG Awarded O&M Contract with Energy Center

ATLANTA (Dec. 7, 2007) - PIC-Marubeni Energy Group (PMEG), a service provider for the global power generation industry, announces that it has signed an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract with Goodland Energy Resources, LLC. for the Goodland Energy Center cogeneration plant located in Goodland, Kansas.

The coal-fired cogeneration plant is comprised of a Riley Stoker boiler and an ABB steam turbine-generator. The plant has a total net output of approximately 22 MW of electricity and 225,000 pounds per hour of steam for supply to an adjacent ethanol production facility.

The Goodland Energy Center is near the completion of construction and has an anticipated commercial operations date in the second quarter of 2008.
