The PIC Companies Awarded 5-Year Maintenance Contracts

ATLANTA (July 1, 2005) - The PIC Companies Industrial Services Division was recently awarded 3 long term contracts to provide routine and unscheduled maintenance in the state of Kentucky. The facilities under contract include one (1) 2,000MW power plant, one (1) 1,470MW power plant and one (1) 650MW power plant. Each site consists of multiple, large, coal-fired boilers with steam turbine trains and related equipment. During the term of the agreement, PIC will have a continual presence on site and will adjust manpower as required for outage needs.
