ATLANTA (Aug. 1, 2001): The PIC Energy Group, Inc. in a continuing expansion of its services business, announces the establishment of two new office locations in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. “This expansion is consistent with our strategy of providing a broader range of servicesto our customers worldwide and especially in Latin America which has enormous potential,” said Jeff T.
