ADP iPayStatements

Once Direct Deposit has gone into effect, YOU MAY ACCESS YOUR PAY STUB BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR THE ADP ONLINE PAYROLL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

With this new system, you will be able to view, print and download the following forms 24 hours per day, 7 days per week:

  • Weekly earning statements (pay stubs)
  • W-2 forms (beginning with year 2010)
  • W-4 forms (W-4 wizard walks you through making changes to your W-4)
    • If you elect to make changes to your W-4, you must then print the completed form and send it to your Employee Care contact at the PIC corporate office for processing.

REGISTRATION:

  • You will be prompted to complete a registration process during which you must enter contact and security information and create a password.
  • Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long and must contain at least one letter and either one number or one special character.
  • Also, your password is case sensitive.
  • You will be assigned a system generated User ID.
  • The security questions will be used to verify your identity if you ever forget your User ID or password.
  • Your Registration Pass Code: picenergys-ess (Required for registration. Do not cut/paste the registration code.)

EMAIL ADDRESS:

  • When registering, you’ll be asked to enter an email address. Please make sure you use an email account that you will have access to for years to come. It is not recommended for you to use your assigned picworld.com email.
  • Remember to keep your username and password in a secure location. For security reasons, we here at PIC will not have access to your password.

  • You will come across some links and other information on the website. Some of these links are shown as “samples” only with no real information and some of the links will take you to other sites. Please keep security issues in mind when accessing another site from this secure website.
  • Upon completing the registration process, you may access your pay statements at https://ipay.adp.com. We hope you will enjoy this new feature. We will continue to make revisions to this site and welcome any feedback or suggestions.
