PIC's Field Service team is a full-service, maintenance and repair contractor for the Power Generation Industry.

The execution of Heavy Industrial projects poses inherent challenges in the areas of Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost Control. These challenges increase significantly during shutdown and turnaround timeframes. This is where PIC focuses and excels. Staffed with the most talented, full-time Safety Specialists, Project Managers, Superintendents, QC Managers and Inspectors in the industry, PIC has earned the reputation of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Our management team is capable of planning and managing a wide range of projects.

At a minimum, all have completed OSHA 30-Hour, Supervisory, Confined Space, CPR, and First Aid training to ensure the safety of the more than 5,000 skilled craftsmen available to meet project needs. Our Safety Specialists have passed or are currently enrolled in the OSHA 500 course. In addition to full-time personnel, PIC utilizes a combination of Safety incentives, Schedule incentives and employee retention programs to ensure that we employ and retain, "The Best of The Best"^®.
