PIC's Operations & Maintenance subsidiary, PIC-Marubeni Energy Group (PMEG), helps power plant owners realize improved plant performance, providing a competitive advantage that equates to elevated profits and increased asset value.
PMEG is a joint venture company established in October 2005 between The PIC Companies' (PIC) Operation & Maintenance division and Marubeni's Power division. As the power plant O&M professionals, PIC maintains majority equity and management control of the venture.
PIC signed its first O&M contract in 1994 and over the years has accumulated more than 6500MW of power plant O&M experience covering over 30 facilities worldwide. Marubeni, founded in 1858, is a global leader in power project execution and development and has a market capitalization of over eight billion US dollars.
