The foundation of PIC's approach to staffing lies within "PICWorld," a custom-built software platform with over twelve (12) years of development and refinement. PICWorld handles all essential information and tasks necessary for successful personnel placement and actively tracks everything from corporate training certifications to personal preference information on more than 1,500 (out of nearly 70,000 in total) qualified individuals so that every factor may be analyzed prior to mobilization.

PIC's approach to staffing is unique to the industry and takes the guess work out of placing the Right People on projects, while virtually eliminating the opportunity for failure. Our corporate staffing personnel follow a strict procedure of internal and external tollgates necessary to ensure complete satisfaction by both our customers and our consultants.
